Family Connect aims to answer COVID-19 related questions about your family member or to seek clarification on media reports.
Family Connect will be monitored every day from 9:30am – 2:30pm 7 days a week.
Please understand that if a call is in progress, your call may go to message bank – but your call will be returned.
If the enquiry cannot be answered then a commitment will be made to contact the relevant person and seek the answer.
